inishbofin yoga june event 2020

23 June til Sunday 28 June

This will be the fifth year we have had this wonderful event on Inishbofin, hosted by Christine Stewart, with Benita Wolfe Galvan, Jaye Martin and Jack Harrison, and this year we will be joined by Mari Kennedy for the weekend.

There will be ten workshops 2 and 2 1/2 hours of fun, deep yoga and pranayama where our senior teachers will seamlessly weave together very special classes for us all to enjoy.

Jaye, Benita and Jack are all certified senior Anusara yoga teachers, with Jack and Benita running their own school – The Celtic School of Yoga, where they teach 200hr trainings and workshops. Jaye and Jack are experienced musicians – they regularly play during savasana (relaxation).

During our very special night of music on Saturday we will be joined by Mari Kennedy who will be singing with Jack and Jaye. Mari runs her own successful and inspiring yoga business and is also a Women’s leadership coach, a development consultant, an integral facilitator and the founder of The Celtic Wheel: Radical Wisdom for Women.

Jaye, Benita and Jack have multiple years of teaching experience in yoga, they have a great sense of fun and adventure; regularly travelling the world teaching in all sorts of places. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to study them together here in Ireland and for so long.

Each teacher will bring their own special talents to the event sometimes teaching together, sometimes doing a workshop separately.

Workshops will be 2 -2 ½ hours long with lots of time to explore asana, philosophy, meditation and relaxation, weaving the myths of ancient Ireland and yoga all three teachers will lead you into a practice you never thought possible, all held in the beauty and magic of the mythical island of Inishbofin.

Any or all the workshops can be done, please book early and sort out your accommodation as soon as possible.
